One of our newest portfolio companies, Surgefield, a marketplace for large-scale property debt just launched from stealth and got invited to the Proptech ecosystem exchange in London! Huge congratulations on the successful launch.

During this summer, we signed 2 new investments that we are looking forward to introducing more in the coming months.

VNTRS portfolio highlight:

Lastly, we would like to take the opportunity to highlight one of our portfolio companies. Every month we will highlight one company so make sure to follow/sign up to learn about all of them.

Surgefield

Surgefield is a marketplace and ecosystem for real estate credits. Surgefield was founded with the vision of streamlining real estate finance using the power of technology. Their digital platform eliminates inefficiencies and friction in traditional real estate lending.

On Surgefield, borrowers can instantly reach a wide pool of lenders and receive decision-making in days, not months. Automated workflows, online document sharing, and built-in deal management streamline the entire financing process.

Borrowers can obtain funding beyond their existing banking relationships. With multi-family offices, debt funds, and international banks on the Surgefield platform, many new pockets of capital open up.

Lenders can browse pre-vetted real estate debt investment opportunities that meet their risk-return criteria. They can diversify their portfolio with exposure to certain real estate asset classes.

The real estate finance game is changing rapidly. The innovators will be those who embrace digital platforms. Skip the antiquated process of meetings and paper contracts. If you are in the industry, try Surgefield to unlock the future of real estate finance.

Thats all for this time, see you next month!

All the best from the whole team at VNTRS.
