We thought it was time for us to start sharing our insights from the early-stage startup ecosystem with all of you and also highlight some of the awesome stuff our portfolio companies are doing. 



VNTRS newsletter - August 2023

 is a CRM platform for real estate agents, and has achieved significant success on the Estonian market with active sales lasting only six months – more than 40% of all brokers here have already adopted the RunProperty solution to organize their daily activities more efficiently. As a next step RunProperty will continue to build on the market leader position in the Baltics and establish themselves also on the larger European markets.

"I have worked in the real estate industry for many years, including as a real estate agent. I therefore know that the sector is in dire need of a modern and efficiency-enhancing tool. I interviewed hundreds of brokers in 10 European markets, and our team developed a platform based on this input, with the help of which sales specialists can manage the sales process, customers and objects much faster," said Kristen Kannik, founder and member of the management board of RunProperty.

According to him, several of Estonia's largest brokerage companies and an impressive number of smaller players are already convinced of the goodness of RunProperty. "Our ambition is to confirm next year, in addition to Estonia, a foothold in the entire Baltic market and reach the first job victories in some major European countries – for example, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy or France. Our product and team are ripe for this step," he said.

Some of the largest companies in the Baltics have already switched over to the platform, including Uus Maa, Domus and 1Partner, which is the official partner of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. (JLL), one of the top three commercial real estate companies in the world, in the Baltics.

"A good crisis cannot be wasted. Today is the right time to make investments that improve our efficiency, give us a clearer idea of what condition any object is in at the moment, and help us to better control costs. The experience of our Estonian unit showed that RunProperty has developed a tool that creates real value. I believe that in the near future, our Latvian and Lithuanian units will also adopt the system," said Martin Vahter, CEO of 1Partner.

RunProperty, which has been in operation for two years, completed its first round of large-scale fundraising in June, during which more than 450,000 euros were raised from both local and international investors and funds including VNTRS to boost RunProperty's sales and marketing activities.

"We believe are firm believers in the product and team, and see a big need for a user friendly and modern CRM-system in the real estate broker market. The very fast adoption of the system in Estonia shows the huge potential and we are thrilled to support RunProperty in the expansion beyond the home markets.” the CEO and Partner Kristaps Prusis of VNTRS commented.

In addition to VNTRS also the Olssen & Nielsen Nordic group, angels F-Stage.vc, Crocodile Kapital, a fund member of the Business Angels Association EstBAN, and angel investors from Estonia, the Netherlands and Great Britain invested in this investment round. 

For VNTRS this is marking the third investment in Estonia.

Ronny Eriksson will take the lead as Head of VNTRS Finland. His proven track record includes 5 years of entrepreneurial experience both as a founder and managing large-scale innovation and acceleration projects.

Both Vesterbacka and Valtonen working on the Bay Area tunnel project.
